How to prevent tooth Decay:
- Brush teeth twice daily
- Make sure that the toothpaste is best in the market
- Minimize the consumption of sugars and sugary foods
- Don’t allow your kid to sleep with the milk bottle
- Encourage intake of fruits, vegetables and other non-sweetened foods.
